CORE RESULTS, NORM GROUPS AND LANGUAGES

The results in CORE are presented on a STEN scale – a ten-point standard scale, where STEN stands for Standard Ten. Each STEN score corresponds to a percentage segment of the norm group; see the distribution here.

There are nine norm groups to choose from, all collected in 2025. The Swedish norm group consists of 6,581 individuals of working age. Choose the norm based on where the position is located or the company culture where the role is performed.

CORE is available in seven languages: Swedish, English, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, German, and Spanish.
